The chef and his collaborators propose a rich menu that combine the old tastes with the ever changing requests of the guests. Fresh noodles rolled out by hand are matched with the fresh products of our territory that enhance their genuine taste, as for example papardelle (kind of lasagne) with chestnut with roe meat sauce or pasta fagioli in the Veneto style. The various dishes combine together the typical products of the Paduan and Venetian tradition as the capon from Polverara filled with fresh porcini mushrooms and pumpkin, matched with the right wine.

From the terrace and from the porticoes there is a relaxing view on the Euganean Hills and the plain underneath combined with the inviting smell of the best grilled meat prepared all year round. A special attention is also given to vegetarian customers with ad hoc proposals in every menu. Thanks to the close distance to Chioggia some fish dishes typical of the food tradition of the Veneto region are also prepared.
