Advice on trade union rights for commercial businesses. Since 1945 APPE has been representing, in Padua and its county, the people operating in: restaurants - "trattoria" - "pizzeria" - luncheonettes - bars - cafeterias - pastry shops - ice-cream shops - beer-houses - sandwich bars - wine shops - pubs - ballrooms - hotels - group catering - banqueting - motorway restaurants - swimming-pool facilities. APPE represents nearly 1,600 operators in this business sector out of a total of 2,700 operating in the county of Padua.

 

Areas of operation:

APPE provides its members with the following services: services related to trade union, tax, legal, economic, social-security, information, and administrative issues; training, payroll-keeping, book-keeping; advice on contract making, on company management, and on health-care services; and concessional loans through the credit-guarantee consortium "Appefidi".
