MISSION

Hospitality and communication are measured not only by quality of services but also according to people’s expectations and desires, and there’s only one way to meet these expectations: ‘Let’s meet and work together’. The agency was set up by a team with experience in the running of international hotels, conference centres and travel agencies  and operates in two areas:

Sciences and Corporate. Incentive trips and business travels complete the range of  services offered. Meet and Work specialises in the organisation of scientific and corporate events, in addition to business and political conventions, and provides its own business training programme support services.

St. Petersburg, Lisbona, Barcelona, Warsaw, Bucharest, London, El-Gouna (Egypt), Nice, Paris, Antalya (Turkey): all destinations where Meet and Work has demonstrated its organisational strength, based on seventeen years of experience which have enabled it to grow and  take advantage of all the developments in the sector. Today nothing is improvised. Organisational ability combines with business ability. Quality and imagination go hand in hand with rigorous administrative and fiscal management. Meet and Work provides secretarial services for national and international scientific societies and operates as a travel agency supporting its own activity.

Since 2005 it has been certified ISO 9001:2008 and is national, regional and international ECM [CET – continuing education and training in medicine] provider with UEMS credits.
