The good food tradition of the Veneto region skilfully matching tradition and innovation. Mr Silvano Cristofanon is the owner of the restaurant, it has been working in this sector since he was very young. After attending the professional school of hotel and restaurant administration in Abano Terme he worked abroad for years in famous places, Grand Hotel and on cruise ships as a commis. In spite of its size an important characteristic of the restaurant is the familiar atmosphere that can make every guest feel special and make them feel “at home”. The panoramic terrace of the restaurant that has recently been restored gives a wonderful view on the Euganean Hills. The restaurant is equipped with facilities for disabled people.

Scrigno with fondue of Asiago cheese and porcini mushrooms, local sopressa sausage with polenta, small pie of salt cod and savoy on cream of borlotti beans, Mediterranean scallops wrapped inside bacon-fat, squids filled with shellfish and vegetable - wholemeal riccioli (pasta) flavoured with Corbinello wine with meat sauce of hare, risotto with provolone cheese flavoured with prosecco, tagliolini flavoured with blueberries with porcini and prawns, small gnocchi of ricotta cheese and chestnut flour with chiodini mushrooms – salt cod with polenta, rabbit in a crust of radicchio from Maserà, pork shin on savoy leaves, wild duck flavoured with sage, bass fillet in almond crust – tart with radicchio and figs served with ice cream of olive oil and walnut, small apple pie with vanilla sauce…
